- Obtain other driver’s information like name, address, telephone number, name of insurance company and policy number.

- If you have suffered injuries, seek medical attention. Internal injuries are not readily visible or noticeable and it might be too late whenever physical symptoms appear.

- Take pictures of your injuries and bruises as well as personal property damage, because in case of a court trial that will be the most compelling proof of the damages you sustained.

- Seek legal advise before giving any oral or written statements to any attorneys, insurance company or its agents. Do not sign any documents until properly advised by an attorney.
